If you are a Headway Client looking to cancel or reschedule, click here. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Regular weekly clients can request a one-time cancellation fee refund that will not be honored multiple times. The cancellation fee is 50% of the self-pay rate per session, which is $100. Just remember to cancel sessions 24 hours ahead of time and you are charged $0 no matter how many times you have to cancel.
